[robocup-nao] Team Northern Bites announces use of the B-Human Code Release

Hello,

According to the terms of the B-Human Code Release 2011 licence, we'd like
to announce that the Northern Bites will be using the walking engine and
the V4L2 driver interface provided in the Code Release. The rest of our
platform remains the product of our own enterprise.
