[robocup-nao] New GameController version

Hi,

> the new draft of the rules requires a change in the GameController. Since the team colors now stay the same during the penalty shoot-out, the field kickOffTeam must be used to determine whether a robot is the penalty striker or the goalkeeper. The new GameController and GameStateVisualizer implement this feature.

This means that it comes with the team names and logos of the teams participating in the German Open. Later, when all logos are collected, there will be a RoboCup Edition. Since the format of the configuration files is still the same, you can also copy last year's team information in there.

Although not all teams have decided yet whether they will participate or not, we have uploaded the GameController at http://www.tzi.de/spl/bin/view/Website/Downloads as "RoboCup Edition". It includes the logos of all teams that will participate or have not finally withdrawn yet. The numbers assigned to the teams are final (same sequence as on the website).
