[robocup-nao] MRL-SPL team use B-Human walk module (2010) in RoboCup 2012

Dear RoboCuppers,


According to the B-Human code release 2010 license, MRL-SPL team, hereby,
declares that will use Bremen walk engine module in MRL-SPL code base in
RoboCup 2012.


 Most of our team members are undergraduate students and this year we are
going to announce our first code release and team report in SPL after
RoboCup 2012.

MRL-SPL research and scientific developments (which will be in use in
Mexico) include:

   -         Development of base and framework
   -         Development of vision and perception module
   -         Development of localization module by MCL (We are working on
   same color goal posts)
   -         Development of behavior module for multi-agent cooperation
   (With major changes from IranOpen 2012)
   -         Implementation of MRL walking engine based on 3d-LIPM method
   (not applicable for game play yet)
   -         Automatic color-table setup
   -         Dynamic head motion module
   -         Semi-automatic camera calibrator
   -         Nao detection
   -         Kick engine

We thank you all for code releases and reports which helped us to develop
our research.
