[robocup-nao] RoboCup German Open 2012

Dear colleagues,

the RoboCup German Open 2012 just finished. In the Standard Platform League, 14 teams participated, which is a new record. The results can be found at

We played according to the 2012 rules, i.e. with two yellow goals. Although there were a few own goals, the overall impression was that the teams were able to cope with this new challenge quite well. This is a big success for our league, because with only a directed vision system and without a compass, this is quite an accomplishment.
