[robocup-nao] Usage of the B-Human code release

Hi,

according to the license terms of the B-Human code release 2010 [1] we
announce that our team NimbRo SPL used the released code as base for our
system at RoboCup German Open 2011. Additionally, we wish to thank the
B-Human team for sharing their code base with the RoboCup community.
