[robocup-nao] RoboCup SPL: Teams - referee voting

Dear All,

The tech committee has created a hidden (that is anonymous) doodle poll 
for teams to vote on referee quality:

For each team there are 3 options:
* Green = 'in favour' = good referees
* Yellow = 'could live with this option' = neutral (OK referees) or no 
observed.
* red = 'against' = not good referees.

Please consider overall performance as referees, assistants and game 
controller operator.

One vote for each team. Please use your team name as 'Your Name'. Please 
vote neutral for your own team.

The Poll will close midnight tonight.
