[robocup-nao] Rules of the technical challenges were updated

Hi,

when the challenge rules came out early this year, it was suggested to
make the "additional lines" virtual or thin black ones instead of normal
white field lines. The advantages are easier setup for the challenge, no
need to modify the field when switching from challenge to games, and
also no need to modify the localization algorithms in ways that diverge
from more realistic field setups. To my knowledge no disadvantages were
stated by anybody, so I assumed this change would also be in the update
of the challenge rules.
Since it is not, I would like to ask if there was a general decision in
the TC against this, or if it was just skipped by mistake.

Best regards,
Stefan
