[robocup-nao] Nao's in the carry-on luggage

Hi,

we always transport robots as hand-baggage. Some teams have really robust
transport cases (model "I would survive a plane crash"). Then checking-in
the luggage is also no problem.

We also travel with ATA Carnet. Nobody will ask you for the Carnet. Instead
you have to go to customs and show it. Actually, it might quite often work
without a Carnet, but sometimes, it does not. So if really want to
participate _with robots_, you should use a Carnet.

You are entering Europe, where the Nao is manufactured. So without a
declaration of what you brought to Europe, you might get problems with your
own customs when you return, because you could have just bought the Naos. In
that case you would have to pay customs duty. I know of teams how had
problems with their AIBOs when they tried to bring them back to Europe from
Japan. They had to return without the AIBOs. They got them back later, after
a lot of paperwork.

Best regards
