[robocup-nao] Nao's in the carry-on luggage

Hi Guys,

What kind of problems (if any) did you face when carrying Nao's in your
carry-on luggage on board a flight? (not in your checked luggage...)

I heard rumors that it is better to separate the battery from the robot. So
did you experience any security / luggage-weight / other problems?
