[robocup-nao] GameController

Hi,

currently, there exist two different versions of the GameController: the old
one that can be downloaded from the Downloads section of the SPL website
(http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~willu/GameController/GameController2006-14.tgz)
and the one developed together with the Humanoid League
(https://robocupgc.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/robocupgc/trunk).
Unfortunately, they use different package formats so they are not compatible
with each other.

So for now, please don't use the new GameController until it is compatible
with the old one (it may be in a few days).

The format of the UDP packages that will be used in Graz is defined in the
tgz archive in
GameController2006/sample/GameController/GameController/RoboCupGameControlDa
ta.h.
