[robocup-nao] A Question Regarding Field Players Taking Up the Goalie's Position

Hello,

If I understand the rules correctly, the only player that is allowed to be
within its own team's penalty area is the goalie. But what happens if the
goalie is penalized and taken out of the game for a while? Can another
player take up the goalie's position? What about the goalie being broken?
