This is to inform that the on-line hotel reservation system on

will close on June 4. Please also note that the confirmation of hotel 
reservation
and the flight ticket are necessary for the application of L-visa 
(tourist visa).
In addition, it will take much longer to issue type 2 letters which is 
needed for
applying F-visas (business visas). Please post the messages above on 
your mailing
lists and urge all the participants to apply for visas as soon as 
possible, if
they do not want to miss the event!
