[robocup-nao] a few discussion items for Nao

Dear all,

Welcome to the robocup-nao email list.  Here are a few questions:

1) Are TDPs required for this league?
2) Who is on the OC/TC ?
3) Where are the official rules located?

4) Regarding the robots -- we (GT and CMU) are having a significant rate 
of failure in the joints.  Are others having the same difficulty?  Are 
others having success in working around this?
