[robocup-msrs] MSRS Competition in Robocup 2008

I sent such an email to the chairs of the competitions about two weeks ago
and this was the answer:

   "Thanks for your attention to the event and MSRS league! We are
discussing the
    issues. The RCF, Microsoft, and the LOC are all active and positive to
held this
    league at RoboCup 08, Suzhou. We will send message once we settle the
issues."

As Tandy mentioned I also encourage the other members to send separate notes
to the organizing committee.
