[robocup-msrs] RoboCup Latin American Open - Soccer Simulation- Call for participation!

Dear Andrew,

There will be MSRS competitions in RoboCup China Open 2007 in our plan. The
webpage is http://ai.ustc.edu.cn/rco/. However, it seems necesaary to realize our
plan with the help of MSRS Lab.
