[robocup-msrs] Movement Files for the MSRS competition

Hello Kyle,
Would it be possible to have a fresh copy of the movement files (dog and
leg) placed onto the referee machine tomorrow before the matches?  I think
it's possible that some of the original, default movement files have been
overwritten and could be causing errant behavior in some cases.

Also, at some point, would it be advisable to have a brief code review by
the judges of all the contestants code?  This would be a good learning
experience.
