[robocup-msrs] New Microsoft Soccer Package available

Hi Kyle,
This is great and very useful for positioning the robots around. It
installed without a hitch.

A couple of questions:
1. How do you get the middle button action if your laptop only has a right
and left button but no middle button.
2. Will there be any timeouts or resets available if a dog flips over and
cannot move?
