[robocup-msrs] Robocup MSRS Challenge Rules - Less than 4 weeks to go!

Here is a first cut at the rules for the Microsoft Robotics Studio Challenge for Robocup 2007.  Please send comments, questions, or concerns to me directly or to the list as a whole.  These rules will be refined and additional helpful information will be added as we get closer to the competition.

We are now less than four weeks away from the competition in Atlanta.  The simulation environment and the simulated Robosoft Robudogs are ready and waiting for you.  All of the pieces are ready for you to begin developing your winning soccer services now.  I know that many of you have already gotten quite far and I'm looking forward to seeing some great soccer matches this summer.

Please send an email to introduce yourself to me and the rest of the list so that we can all get an idea of who is working on soccer services for July.  This will help us to plan for enough time at the beginning of the conference to help you verify that your services work on our hardware configuration.
