[robocup-msrs] The deadline of the register

Dear Ming,

Please register as soon as possible.  The absolute final deadline is end 
of May, but registration fees will probably increase before that.  Also, 
the rooms are available first-come/first-serve.

I believe that there is interest at the China open to have a similar 
competition, but I would strongly advise them to work with Microsoft on 
that, otherwise they may find themselves in a trademark dispute.
