[robocup-msrs] qualification process?

dear tucker and all,
i tried to find out about this competition's structure (the rules, the qualification method, some help on how to develop the agents, etc.) but i couldn't find anything on either the atlanta's web site or microsoft's web site.
i would appreciate it if someone (perhaps tucker) could give me some information on the qualification stage; i mean if there is gonna be any qualification stages or the invited teams are directly qualified, and if so, what will the next steps be; also the rules and more information about the competition structure itself, the soccerplayer type which is going to be used in the competitions; and any other information, documentation or help anyone has and is willing to share with the others.
