[robocup-legged] What is "SPL" ?

Hi,

The name of the league has been changed to Standard Platform League 
(SPL) and it's nothing new, in the news section of the official website 
of the league it is mentioned that the rename took place at 14.08.2007 ( 
http://www.tzi.de/spl/bin/view/Website/WebHome )
