The qualification material should be 2-5 pages that best describes why
your team should have a Nao. Its hard to set strict guidelines because
different groups have different backgrounds. I.e. Humanoid experienced
teams can point to this, while Aibo teams will discuss other features.I
guess new teams will have other strong points that they will point out.

Yes qualified teams will have first right to purchase. If Aldebaran can
supply more than 12 teams then others make be able to get them in February.

No decision has been made at this stage. For the Nao it will depend on
the code development. If the soccer is not looking good than we might
choose to use challenges to show off additional skills.
