[robocup-legged] Open Challenge Description of sharPKUngfu team

Dear all,
the attachment is the description of our sharPKUngfu team open challenge. 

Our challenge is "Formation Control via Switching Control Protocol"

In this Open Challenge, we will present a novel control framework for formation control of multi-robot systems, we name it as switching control protocol. The assumption where the framework is effective is that every robot may localize self position, broadcast its own position information to others and receive position information from others through wireless network.
