[robocup-legged] WG: [robocup-league-chairs] posters

Dear all,

We will have easels for posters if teams would like to display them. 
They will accommodate 24" by 36" posters mounted on foam core.  If a 
team would like to bring a poster that is not mounted, they can have it 
mounted on foam core at a nearby store.
