[robocup-legged] RoboCup 4L League Important Information

Dear 4L League RoboCuppers:

Information regarding refereeing and wireless network use during 
RoboCup. This information is specially important for new teams in the 
league.

1. Refereeing
Every team should provide persons for refereeing (at least two every 
time the team is in charge of refereeing). These referees should have 
knowledge of the league rules (version 2007), and the operation of the 
game controller. Referees should be dressed with black socks and 
trousers while refereeing. Every team should bring black socks and 
trousers for their own referees.

2. Wireless Network
AIBOs are the only devices in the league allowed having activated WLAN 
during RoboCup. That means that teams do not bring their own access 
points, and they have to know how to deactivate the wireless and 
Bluetooth on their laptops, mobile phones etc.
