[robocup-legged] 4L League Call for TDPs and Teams' Information

Dear 4L League RoboCuppers:

We have asked to the organizers, but until today we don't have a clear 
answer about how long could be the deadline extension. I think that 5 
days would be ok.

Therefore the new deadline for the TDP submission is: 4th May

Regarding the team's information for our website, the new deadline is: 
7th May
