[robocup-legged] Northern Bites 2006 Team Report

Dear Teams,

Though not required, we decided to release a report from our 2006 season
(albeit late).  It is accessible here:

Our report chronicles the research and experiences of a new team joining an
old league.  We hope the report helps other teams thinking about joining
RoboCup and the 4LL.
