[robocup-legged] 4Legged Rules from past years ...

I was wondering if anybody has the official rules for the 4-legged league before year 2004. A 
student of mine needs to include some historical information in her thesis and it would be nice to 
trace these rules changes over the years.

We do have the rules for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007. If you have any information for previous years, 
please email me.
