[robocup-legged] 4L League Call for Applications

Dear 4L League RoboCuppers:

It is a pleasure to announce that our  "Call for Applications 2007" is 
already posted in our official website (direct link: 
http://www.tzi.de/4legged/bin/view/Website/Call2007). Rules changes 
will be fixed before January 15, and then posted in our website.

Please note the following important dates:
	• 	 Deadline of Initial Intention of Participation: January 15, 2007
	• 	 Submission of Qualification Material: February 15, 2007

It is also important to mention that the qualification rules have 
slightly changed (see 
http://www.tzi.de/4legged/bin/view/Website/Qualification2007). The main 
change is related with the pre-qualification procedure. The 
pre-qualified teams could be less than 12.  Pre-qualified team 
candidates, please send your detailed technical reports as soon as 
possible. Remember that Technical Reports are mandatory for 
pre-qualified teams.
