[robocup-legged] How to get the certifications of participation for RoboCup 2006, Bremen

Hello Everyone:
     I'm one of TJArk,a four-legged team,which participated in the RoboCup 2006,Bremen.
However, we still have not recieved the certifications of participation.Does anyone know how to get it?
