[robocup-legged] Problem with mailing list

Hi,

there currently seems to be a problem with this mailing list. The list
blocks e-mail from people who have not subscribed the list and e-mails that
are too big. That is the reason why there is nearly no spam on the list. As
the list's moderator I get a notification each time an e-mail was blocked
and then, I can either accept or reject it. However, it seems that I haven't
got any notifications recently, so some e-mails were not forwarded (mainly
announcements) and most of them are out of date now.

I will try to find the problem.
