[robocup-legged] U.S. Open thanks

Sorry, LTU AIBots missed this year's US Open due to our Robofest 
(www.robofest.net).
We wish RoboCup US open could be held later next year, not in April...
Anyway, I would like to thank Dan Lee and Tucker Balch for organizing the 
great event!
