[robocup-legged] Yet another GameController...

Hi all,
   I've put another GameController up... 13. http:// 
www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~willu/GameController/

   This is a GUI-only change.  No packet format changes or changes to  
the robot sample code.

* 14 April 2006 * GUI 13 | Struct 6/1
- Add a half-time special event timer of 10 minutes.
    - The GameController will start timing when you hit 'finish'
    - After half of the half-time has passed, the GameController will  
change
       to displaying second-half information (swap colours, etc) if  
this hasn't
       already been switched.  It will also swap to state 'initial'.
    - At the end of the half-time break, the GameController will  
automatically
       switch into the 'Ready' state.
- Add the version string back into the GameController window title
    - Format is: GUI version - outgoing packet version . incomming  
packet version

As always, let me know if you find any bugs.  Reports with fixes are  
especially welcome :).
