[robocup-legged] Challenges entries

Hi all,

   I've had some teams express interest in entering just the  
challenges/11x11 pickup game.  If there are a small number of teams  
that want to do this, it is looking reasonably likely (although not  
certain at this point).

   If teams are interested in this, they should email  
legged_tech at tzi.de to express interest before Friday 3rd March (i.e.  
within the next 48 hours or so).  This doesn't have to be a final  
commitment, but I need to get an upper bound on the numbers ASAP.
