[robocup-legged] About Qualification Material

    I am a team member of WrightEagle.
    I want to know whether we need send Qualification material?Because i see this (if the Travel Support Form is not included as part of the qualification material, this will be understood as nofinancial support required;at website robocup2006, http://www.robocup2006.org/sixcms/detail.php?id=608&lang=en)
