[robocup-humanoid] Updates to the current Humanoid RoadMap draft - Discussion period started

Dear Humanoid Teams,

After finalizing the rules for the 2020 competition, we have now updated the roadmap on the humanoid website to incorporate the evolution of the 2020 rules as well as the voting results on the updates for 2021. You can find the updated version here: http://humanoid.robocup.org/wp-content/uploads/roadmap_draft2020v1.pdf

We would now like to get your input on the roadmap updates - either for the 2021 rules, the 2023 rules or other parts of the RoadMap. The goal is to have a first approved version of the RoadMap by RoboCup 2020.

The timeline looks as follows:
* Jan. 18th to Feb. 7th: RoadMap update ideas are proposed and discussed on the forum by the whole league
* Feb. 14th to Feb. 28th: Voting on the proposed RoadMap updates

Afterwards, we will compile the updated RoadMap as soon as possible and present it to both the league and the board of Trustees for a final voting.
