[robocup-humanoid] RoboCup 2019 Reminder: deadline for submitting additional materials

Dear RoboCuppers,

All the teams who submited qualification materials for RoboCup 2019 
should have received on December 31st a message announcing whether they 
were fully qualified or if additional material was required.

For the teams who have to submit additional material, please remind that 
the deadline to submit the required modification is January 28th.

If some teams are not able to find the e-mail announcing the status of 
their application, they should be able to access to this information on 
the submission website <https://submission.robocuphumanoid.org>.

If you encounter any problem with the submission procedure or if you are 
not able to determine whether your team is qualified or not, please 
contact the technical committee as soon as possible.
