[robocup-humanoid] Unable to edit application for RoboCup 2019

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Joshua Supratman from Team CIT Brains Japan.

We are trying to edit our application to upload our TDP for RoboCup 2019
Humanoid League through the site below:
https://submission.robocuphumanoid.org/

We were able to upload our edited TDP on the site but for some reason the
site wouldn't accept the YouTube link we had previously registered.
Instead, an error appeared saying that our YouTube link "does not appear to
be a public YouTube video." even though our YouTube video link is set to
public view.

We were wondering if we need to apply a specific setting on our YouTube
link or is it not possible to re-edit our application?
