[robocup-humanoid] Trying to register for RoboCup 2019

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Joshua Supratman from Team CIT Brains Japan.

We are trying to apply for RoboCup 2019 for humanoid league through the
site below:
https://submission.robocuphumanoid.org/
However, when we tried to login, we could only see a blank page with the
word 'Application' on top only.

We were wondering if there is something wrong with the way we apply or did
we miss the submission deadline?
