The deadline is midnight anywhere on earth.

If you have specific requests or questions about your own submission (like technical difficulties with videos or other parts of the material), please send an email to the Technical Committee directly (rc-hl-tc at lists.robocup.org) and NOT to the whole league (robocup-humanoid at cc.gatech.edu).
