[robocup-humanoid] Exact Submission Deadline? - Deadline TODAY!!!

[UTRA Soccer]

Hello,

We are currently experiencing technical difficulty and our video won't be
ready until the end of this week. Since this is our first year
participating in the competition, is it possible to get an extension on
video submission and submit the rest of the material by the end of today?
Also, would you please specify the exact time (hour and minute) of the
deadline within today with respect to a time zone?
