[robocup-humanoid] Kid Size Ball

Hej,

we will not have exactly the same balls in Kid, Teen and Adult as last
year, but the size, color distribution (between white and colors) and
movement properties should be similar. It will be the EURO16 ball in
Sizes 1, 3 and 5. Here are the references:
