[robocup-humanoid] Call for Participation: RoHOW in Hamburg 27.11. - 29.11.15

Dear Teams of Humanoid- and SP-League,

we would like to invite you to join us for the second Robocup Hamburg
Open Workshop (RoHOW) from 27th till 29th of November.
This event will take place at the Hamburg University of Technology and
is organized in cooperation by the Hamburg based teams Hamburg Bit-Bots
(HKSL) and HULKs (SPL).

Since it is an open meeting for RoboCup teams, anyone who is interested
in sharing something with the other teams may give a talk or host a
workshop.
There will also be some tryouts and we have the opportunity to simply
gather in the team zone to discuss problems and solutions.
We will provide fields and goals for both leagues, room for talks and
organize some side events. (We're currently working to provide an
artificial grass field for the HKSL. If you can help us organize a
field, please contact us. We'll keep you posted.)

After setup in the late afternoon on friday, we'll start the main
program with the opening gathering at 7:30 pm.
The venue will be open on saturday from 8 am, and the first event will
be the lightning talks session at 10 am.
On sunday the event will be open to the public to give vistors an
impression of our activities. As part of this, we would also like to
host some games.

Your participation will be free of charge, however accomodation and
meals (except some snacks) are not included.

Liebe Teams der Humanoid- und SP-League,

wir laden euch herzlich zur Teilnahme am zweiten Robocup Hamburg Open
Workshop (RoHOW) vom 27. bis 29. November ein.
Er findet an der Technischen Universität Hamburg Harburg statt und wird
in Kooperation von den Hamburger Teams Bit-Bots und HULKs organisiert.

Da der RoHOW als offener Austausch zwischen den Teams gedacht ist hat
dort jeder die Möglichkeit, sein Wissen mit den anderen Teams zu teilen,
einen Vortrag zu halten oder einen Workshop anzubieten.
Außerdem ist es eine Chance, Dinge auf dem Feld zu testen und dabei in
der Teamzone Fachgespräche zu führen.
Wir stellen Räume, einige Rahmenprogrammpunkte, sowie Felder und Tore
für beide Ligen zur Verfügung (Wir arbeiten daran, ein Kunstrasenfeld
für die HKSL zu organisieren. Wer helfen kann, meldet sich bitte. Wir
halten euch auf dem Laufenden.).

Ab dem späten Freitag Nachmittag kann die Teamzone eingerichtet werden,
das Hauptprogramm wird um 19:30 Uhr mit einem Eröffnungsevent beginnen.
Samstag wird das Gelände um 8 Uhr morgens öffnen, das erste Event ist
dann die Lightning Talks Session um 10 Uhr. 
Am Sonntag wird die Veranstaltung für Besucher geöffnet, welchen wir
einen Eindruck von unseren Aktivitäten vermitteln wollen. Dafür sollen
auch einige Spiele stattfinden.

Die Teilnahme ist selbstverständlich kostenlos, lediglich die Unterkunft
und Verpflegung müsst ihr selbst tragen.

Wir nehmen die Anmeldungen ihrer zeitlichen Reihenfolge entsprechend bis
zum 15. Oktober an.
