The ball appears to be a Nike SC2469.  Nike no longer sells it, but they sell two other patterns with (I believe) the same specs.  I have one of them (Nike SC2357-161, shown at far right in https://cs.gmu.edu/~sean/temp/size1.jpg).

My ball is 46.5cm in circumference, or 14.8cm in diameter.
