No, at this time it has not been decided what specific brand of
artificial grass will be used.

No, this is not defined on purpose. A possible example for a valid
ball is the Adidas Brazuca Mini Ball
(http://www.amazon.com/Adidas-Brazuca-World-SoccerWhite/dp/B00D09F6L6)
or any other size 1 ball with ~50% white (e.g. the standard
black/white soccer ball pattern).
