[robocup-humanoid] Final Rules for 2014

Dear teams,

The final 2014 rule book for the Humanoid League is now available at
http://www.tzi.de/humanoid

Changes since the last draft:
* updated 19.5 Part C: Artificial Grass Challenge
* updated 18 The Dribble and Kick Competition (AdultSize) (The referee
places two obstacles randomly in the half with the opposing goal,but
outside of the center circle and the goal box.)

A version with all changes since last year clearly marked is available at
the above link as well.

Please be reminded that your team has to provide a referee/assistant
referees with knowledge of these rules for the competition games in Joao
Pessoa.
