[robocup-humanoid] Updated GameController binary

Dear teams,

at http://tzi.de/humanoid/bin/internal/view/Website/Downloads you can
download the latest GameController version. It has all the registered
teams (though the final team IDs may change, check the announcements
during the setup days).

The binary is build from https://github.com/fumanoids/GameController,
the official source is at https://github.com/bhuman/GameController

We are missing several team logos. Feel free to send them to me by
email for inclusion. A final release will be made before the
competition.
