[robocup-humanoid] Humanoid League Qualification for RoboCup 2014

Dear participants of the RoboCup Humanoid League,

The Humanoid League Technical Committee has spent the last weeks reviewing
and evaluating all materials submitted for the next edition of the RoboCup
World Championship.

Although most decisions about qualification have been made at this point we
still require a few more days to resolve some pending issues before we can
make a public announcement about the results.

When the announcement is ready we will send a notification to this mailing
list.
