[robocup-humanoid] Clarification requested on the KidSize 10cm Ball

The 2014 Draft #1 of the Humanoid Rules set forward an increase in the KidSize ball to an orange ball of approximately 10cm in diameter.

We would like to request any available clarification as to the material properties of the new official KidSize ball.

Will this be of the oversize tennis ball variety, or will these be of alternate mass and material construction, more in line with traditional football or exercise balls in property? (i.e. plastic/rubber with increased mass)?
