[robocup-humanoid] What is the final word on the foot size for small-size RoboCup teams in 2014?

Hi,

the TC is still working on the draft rules. A problem is that we have been
asked by the trustees to make drastic changes, which we are still
discussing.

As for the foot size, there seems to be a consensus that the foot size
dimension will be only related to the height of the centre of mass, rather
than the height of the robot. The other dimensions will be related to the
height of the robot.
